Sigma Pasting Mixer

Sigma mixer constist of “W” Shaped container, in side made of either stainless stell 304 or 316 with jacket of carbon steelcovering two side for cooling application & dust free cover. the mixing elements (Blades) are of sigma type SS 304 casted and duly finished two in number which contra rotate inward fitted at dose or specified clearance with the container to give through and uniform mixing. There is a gland pusher of gun metalbush which ensure minimal friction and extend the life of mixing elements (Blades) Shaft.

Sigma mixer as the name suggests contains mixing element (Blades) of sigma type two in number in which contra rotates inward to achieve end to end circulation & through & uniform mixing at dose or specified clearance with the container. The mixed product can be easily discharged by titting the container by hand lever manually either system of gears manually operated motorised.
